All of our items are preloved, vintage, retro or antique. While we work to skilfully restore the items we sell, some may tell the story of their age and history – something we believe can add to their individuality and character.

We hope that you love your order; however, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. We provide detailed descriptions of each item, including clear photographs. Any damage will be described, but please satisfy yourself of the item condition prior to purchase as you will be liable for the delivery and return costs if you change your mind about an item that is as described. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us via email within 15 days after delivery and ensure the item is received by us within 30 days after initial delivery. A full refund will be provided within 10 working days of receipt of safe return of unwanted item(s) in
original, resalable condition. Please note, any/all costs incurred through shipping are strictly non-refundable and you agree to bear all return shipping costs.
