We define ourselves by our standards, and this extends to the service we provide our customers.

As with the pieces we sell, nationwide delivery is bespoke and calculated based on:

•  Size and weight of the item(s)

•  Number of items

•  Delivery location

•  Delivery time

 

On checkout, you will be charged £0 for delivery. Before you place your order, please email us for an exact cost. If you are happy with the delivery quote, you should complete the order via our website, and we will arrange a suitable delivery day with you via email.

If you would prefer to arrange your own courier, we are more than happy to accommodate this; please contact us to arrange a collection date and time once your order has been placed.

In most cases, we aim to deliver your item(s) within 7–10 working days. However, we reserve the right to allow a maximum of 30 working days if an item is particularly difficult to transport or if you are in a remote location.

We use fully insured, experienced and reliable couriers. Depending on the item, please arrange for someone to help the delivery driver, where necessary. If there is nobody available, the item may not be delivered, and you will incur the delivery charges for redelivering.

 

Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away (unless requested). Please also remember that it is your responsibility to check that the items will fit through doors/staircases in their packaging before you
place your order.
